He advises clients on legal issues associated with the development, purchase, sale, and financing of power projects, primarily from renewable sources. This includes negotiation of contracts, such as power purchase agreements (PPA), engineering, procurement and construction contracts (EPC), and operations and maintenance agreements (O&M). He has represented a broad variety of participants, including generators, developers, financial institutions, equipment vendors and corporate energy end users.
Eduardo worked as a foreign associate at Paul Hastings in Washington, D.C. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Austin, Texas, and a Law Degree from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.
