Consistent with our guiding principles, our strategy focuses in developing and implementing innovative ideas, which we can proudly say have resulted in spearheading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives in the Mexican legal market.

Each initiative and project is developed to equitably consider the individual aspects of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy via three major programs: Career Development, Work-Life Balance and Gender Diversity.
