On August 31, 2026, the “Agreement Establishing Simplification Measures for Procedures Filed with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare” (the “Agreement”) was published in the Federal Official Gazette. The Agreement entered into force on September 1, 2026. Filings submitted before that date remain governed by the rules in effect at the time they were filed.
