Administrative Litigation

Our Administrative Litigation practice focuses on representing our clients’ interests against government authorities, which affect different economic areas, through in-depth knowledge of potential disputes that may arise from government activity at the federal, state and municipal levels.

We represent our clients in all sorts of law proceedings. We add value by analyzing proposed or recently enacted regulation and its potential impact on our clients’ businesses. We also design strategies and proposals to represent and protect their interests against said regulations. We work hand in hand with our clients to further protect and represent their interests against different agencies and branches of the federal and local governments, specifically related to national and international public tender proceedings, application for and revocation of licenses and permits, imposition of fines and other administrative sanctions.

We have represented our clients in administrative law proceedings and constitutional review actions before federal courts, arising from federal financial, telecommunications, transportation, environmental and sanitary regulation activity. Likewise, we frequently represent clients in intellectual property proceedings.

Our practice is recognized by renowned international publications as a leader in the Mexican market, and our team is considered expert in the field.
